Eligibility criteria:

– College diploma in interior design technique or architectural technology or any other training deemed relevant

– Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position

– Sales experience (an asset)

– Very good command of the Office suite and AutoCad software, REVIT (an asset)

– Bilingual, good quality of French and English (spoken and written)

– Must have a driver’s license and a car

Main tasks:

• Coordination of the material Selections with different suppliers
  • Exterior finishes
  • Interior finishes
  • Plumbing and lighting fixtures
  • Staging of selective units
  • Staging of public spaces
  • Material Sample Boards
• Responsible for the coordination of the design of different items
  • Millwork
  • Wall Elevations (positioning of fixtures and finishes)
  • Reflective ceiling plans identifying where all ceiling mounted equipment is to be installed
  • Design of the different sales centers
• Design Awards and Publications
  • Coordinate the fabrication of the project boards and the completion of the applications
  • Composing short narratives that accompanies photographs of designs

Customer support

• Accompanying customers in the selection of materials and extras
  – Coordinate files with subcontractors
  – Ensure a follow-up of the progress of the files
  – Design and layout of model homes
  – Make the selection and assembly of the material selection panels
