We are pleased to announce that our referral promotion is back!

To be eligible, the referral must comply with all the terms and conditions listed below without exception:

• The client must be referred prior to the signing of the preliminary contract.
• The referrer must personally accompany the referred client on the first visit to the sales office at 6 François-Michel, Aylmer and sign the form related to the promotion.
• The money will be given to the referrer only if the potential buyer and LaVérendrye Construction sign:
  • The preliminary contract within fifteen (15) days following the date of the first visit
  • The deed of sale before the notary
• The money will be given to the referent within fifteen (15) days following the signature of the deed of sale
• LaVérendrye Construction reserves the right to refuse the cash back if it deems that the terms and conditions are not respected.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other program and/or promotion.
